A lamp for each part of the room
Start with where the light will sit.
Shop by fixture type

Start with the mounting position
Overhead: compare pendant lamps and chandeliers when planning a hanging fixture. For a different ceiling profile, browse the ceiling lamp collection. Check the selected fixture’s dimensions against your room.
Alongside the furniture: a table lamp needs a surface, a floor lamp needs floor space, and a wall lamp needs a wall position. Plan those locations before comparing finishes. Each collection gives you a different starting point; the individual lamp determines the installation requirements.
Choose a material to sit with your room
Wood and woven texture. The Wicker Pendant Lamp lists wood, metal and wicker. The Caprani Floor Lamp combines metal, beech and linen. Compare these photographs with the timber and textiles already in your room.

Plan the diameter and hanging length
Compare the diameter. The Vertigo Straw Hat Lamp description lists 80, 100, 120, 140, 170 and 200 cm diameters. Compare the selected size with the space available around the fixture, and check the option shown on its product page.
Check the drop. The same listing specifies 150 cm of wire. Measure the distance from the intended ceiling position to the desired lamp position before selecting a configuration. The description notes that an extension can be requested; confirm the required length with Kensu Lighting before ordering.
These dimensions belong to the Vertigo Straw Hat Lamp. Other fixtures have their own specifications. Use Contact Us for questions about a particular size or cable length.

Plan around delivery, not just the order date
Order preparation and transit are separate stages. The Shipping Policy gives preparation of 2–10 working days and transit of 2–5 weeks for most listed destinations. These are estimates; customised lamps can take longer to prepare, and destination exceptions apply.
The policy advises arranging an electrician only after the item arrives. Read the destination details before ordering, and keep the shipment email: it contains the tracking number and tracking website.
Check voltage and plug together
Voltage and plug style are separate choices. The Vertigo, Flowerpot, Mila, Caprani, Wicker and Vadim descriptions list AC 110–240V; check the specification for the particular lamp you select rather than applying this to every fixture.
Flowerpot and Caprani include American, British, European and Australian plug options. Match the selected option to your installation. The FAQ explains the store’s voltage references; contact Kensu Lighting if the configuration is unclear.

A dimmable bulb is only part of the choice
For replaceable-bulb fixtures, check both the bulb base and the dimming system. Vertigo, Flowerpot, Mila, Caprani and Wicker list E27 bases; Vadim lists E14. Their descriptions say that the bulbs supplied by default do not support dimming.
The FAQ distinguishes bulb-based lamps from fixtures with built-in LED chips. Do not assume that a lamp will dim because it takes an LED bulb. Confirm the bulb, lamp configuration and compatible controls before ordering.

If you need help after delivery
Start with your order details and the Return & Refund Policy. For a return request, email [email protected] with the item and reason. Wait for approval and the return address before sending anything back.
The policy sets out condition requirements, exclusions for customised items and accessories, and return shipping costs. It also explains the steps for a damaged or incorrect item. Read the section that applies to your situation rather than assuming every return follows the same process.
